How to Get Access to the Provider Portal
In order to gain access to the provider portal, every member of staff who requires access must submit a request for a new account. This can be completed online by clicking on the ‘Request a Login’ link on the Home page.
Once Buckinghamshire Council has granted you access to the portal, you will be provided with a password. Your account will become active immediately and you should log in and change your password.
You may need to complete an additional authentication step involving selection of two digits from a security code. You will need to change your security code when you first log in.
Buckinghamshire Council's Provider Portal uses a secure authentication process to login. There may be an additional step using a security code, which will be sent to your mobile phone when you log in.
