The site acts as an online portal for providers that work with Buckinghamshire Council delivering Adult Health and Social Care services. The portal provides a means to view and directly manage contract and service delivery information with the local authority. Some of the functionalities the system offers to support you are:

Submit Actuals

Submit live data of placements or visits — which the portal calls actuals — directly to Buckinghamshire Council quickly and easily via the simple online form. Alternatively, upload actuals data in bulk using the import facility.

Invoice Management

Access the electronic record of invoices and credit notes sent to Buckinghamshire Council. You can also create and submit actuals payable invoices directly via the portal.

Purchase Orders

To help manage your financial records, if your organisation receives purchase orders from Buckinghamshire Council they are available to view and download once the service has been authorised.
